For many Catholics, the Mass might, in some sense, be almost too familiar.  We show up on Sundays and perform the prayers and rituals that we have known since childhood. Does it feel like you are just going through the motions?  Do you ever wonder what the words and rituals mean? For example: Why we respond, “And with your spirit?” Or why does the priest wash his hands prior to the Eucharistic prayer? This study will take you deeper into the beauty of the Mass. We will examine each part of the Mass and unpack the meaning of the words, the prayers and the rituals plus learn how each are rooted in the scripture.

The celebration of the Mass will never be the same after participating in this 4-session study!  

1:00-2:15 p.m. Wednesdays, September 27, October 11, 18, 25. The fee is $15 for the book, A Biblical Walk Through The Mass, by Edward Sri.  Sr. Anne Mary will facilitate the study and provide the book.
